GENERAL/PROJECT QUESTIONS

Q: What is the MADE Project?

It is an incredibly limited, luxury, nostalgic experience for VIPs reminiscing on Big Bang's olden days. Specifically MADE era. It will involve a collection of high quality items of my artwork inspired by Big Bang's MADE era that will be launching in the first quarter of 2026.

Q: Is this official Big Bang merchandise?

No, this is a fanmade art project created by an independent artist, me. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Big Bang, YG Entertainment, or any associated companies.

30-DAY PREORDER EVENT

Q: How does the 30-day preorder event work?

To put it simply:

• One new item is released each day for 30 days

• Each item is available for 24 hours each

• After 30 days, the items will be sold together for one week in the Collector's Vault

• After the week ends, none of these items will be available for purchase ever again

• After this event, I will order inventory and then ship everything

Q: Do I have to buy every day?

No, you can purchase any item on any day you choose.

Q: Will items from the 30-day event restock later?

Not individually. The only time you will have the chance to purchase any item from the 30-day preorder event again is if you buy the Collector's Vault for the one week it is for sale right after the 30-day event ends. It will include all the items from the 30-day event plus several more exclusive items only part of the Collector's Vault.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY (VERY IMPORTANT)

Q: When will my order ship?

Because this is a preorder-based project, items will begin shipping after production is complete. Production typically takes around a month to be complete and production begins once the preorder period ends, so the estimated shipping period is between April 10th - April 25th.

Q: Why do I have to pay shipping more than once during the 30-day preorder event?

Items purchased on different days are treated as separate orders and may include separate shipping fees.

Q: Will my items ship together or separately?

Depending on item size and protection requirements, orders may ship together or in multiple packages. This only applies to those who bought items from the 30-day preorder event, not those who buy the Collector's Vault which will ship as one package. If items ship separately, you will receive tracking information for each package.

Q: Do you offer combined shipping refunds?

At this time, combined shipping refunds are not offered.

COLLECTOR'S VAULT QUESTIONS

Q: What is the Collector's Vault?

• Includes everything from the 30-day event

• Plus exclusive items

• Limited to 20 worldwide

• Packaging in a custom MADE box perfect for display

Q: How many Collector’s Vaults are available?

Only 20 Collector’s Vaults are available worldwide.

Q: Will the Collector’s Vault ever restock?

No. Once sold out, it will never be restocked.

Q: Can I purchase Vault items separately?

No. Exclusive Vault items are only available through the Collector’s Vault.

PAYMENTS & INSTALLMENTS

Q: Do you offer payment plans or installments?

Yes, installment options are available at checkout depending on your payment provider.

ART & PRODUCT DETAILS

Q: Are the artworks original?

Yes, all artworks are original creations by Micah Michelle (me :).

Q: Will colors look exactly the same in person?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, but every effort is made to ensure accurate reproduction.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the limited and preorder nature of this project, all sales are final. Once you receive your order, if there are any issues, please reach out to me through email (micahmorrison922@gmail.com) to discuss a solution.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days with photos so I can assist you.
